In-person meet and greet with member(s) of Manchester United’s 1992/93 squad (the “Benefit”)

1. The Benefit can only be redeemed once, which shall be by the owner of the digital collectible at the specific ‘redemption date’ (“Redemption Date”) which Trilitech Platform OÜ (“Trilitech”) shall communicate in advance via social media channel(s) of its choice (the “Benefit Holder”). The Benefit Holder may transfer ownership of its digital collectible on a secondary resale market at any time, but doing so on or after the Redemption Date will not transfer the Benefit.
2. The Benefit Holder shall be entitled to attend (with one guest) an in-person meet and greet with members(s) of Manchester United’s 1992/93 squad.
3. Trilitech does not guarantee which member or members of the 1992/1993 squad shall be in attendance.
4. The event shall be held at a location in the United Kingdom to be decided by Trilitech.
5. The Benefit Holder shall be informed of the format, date, time, duration, and location of the event once finalised. Trilitech will endeavour to give the Benefit Holder reasonable notice prior to the event taking place. The event shall take place no later than 30th June 2024.
6. The Benefit is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
7. The Benefit Holder shall be responsible for all travel, accommodation, and other ancillary costs associated with their and their guest’s attendance at the event.
8. The Benefit Holder and their guest shall comply with any policies, procedures, terms, conditions, and/or instructions relating to the venue where the event takes place.
9. Trilitech makes no warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, to the Benefit Holder regarding the Benefit. The Benefit shall be provided by Trilitech, but Trilitech may involve third parties in relation to the fulfilment of the Benefit.

Virtual event featuring member(s) of Manchester United’s 1992/93 squad (the “Benefit”)

1. The Benefit can only be redeemed once, which shall be by the owner of the digital collectible at the specific ‘redemption date’ which Trilitech Platform OÜ (“Trilitech”) shall communicate in advance via social media channel(s) of its choice (the “Benefit Holder”). The Benefit Holder may transfer ownership of its digital collectible on a secondary resale market at any time, but doing so on or after the Redemption Date will not transfer the Benefit.
2. The Benefit Holder shall be entitled to attend a virtual event with member(s) of Manchester United’s 1992/93 squad.
3. Trilitech does not guarantee which member or members of the 1992/1993 squad shall be in attendance.
4. The format, date, time, duration, and means of accessing of the virtual event shall be determined by Trilitech, and communicated to the Benefit Holder once finalised. Trilitech shall endeavour to give the Benefit Holder reasonable notice prior to the virtual event taking place. The virtual event shall take place no later than 30th June 2024.
5. The format, date, time, duration, and means of accessing of the virtual event are all subject to change. Trilitech shall endeavour to give the Benefit Holder reasonable notice prof any changes.
6. The Benefit is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
7. Trilitech makes no warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, to the Benefit Holder regarding the Benefit. The Benefit shall be provided by Trilitech, but Trilitech may involve third parties in relation to the fulfilment of the Benefit.

Retro shirt signed by player(s) from Manchester United’s 1992/93 playing squad (the “Benefit”)

1. The Benefit can only be redeemed once, which shall be by the owner of the digital collectible at the specific ‘redemption date’ which Trilitech Platform OÜ (“Trilitech”) shall communicate in advance via social media channel(s) of its choice (the “Benefit Holder”). The Benefit Holder may transfer ownership of its digital collectible on a secondary resale market at any time, but doing so on or after the Redemption Date will not transfer the Benefit.
2. The Benefit Holder shall be entitled to receive a 1992/93 season style retro Manchester United shirt signed by member(s) of Manchester United’s 1992/93 squad. Trilitech does not guarantee which member or members of the 1992/1993 squad shall sign the shirt.
3. The style and size of the shirt shall be at Trilitech’s absolute discretion.
4. Trilitech reserves the right to substitute the Benefit with another of a similar nature at any time.
5. Trilitech shall cover reasonable, standard postage and packaging costs globally.
6. Trilitech shall decide how the shirt can be redeemed by a Benefit Holder, and it is the responsibility of the Benefit Holder to comply with the method of redemption.
7. Trilitech has no liability to the Benefit Holder in the event that the Benefit Holder does not receive the shirt due to:
   1. The Benefit Holder’s failure to comply with the method of redemption; and/or
   2. Any third party acts or omissions.

Trilitech does not guarantee which member or members of the 1992/1993 squad shall sign the shirt.
